Back in June, Grizzly Bear announced the track listing and first single, 'Sleeping Ute' from their fourth studio album that was still untitled. The mystery is now over as the Brooklyn, N.Y. indie rockers have shared the name and artwork for the new record.

As Pitchfork reports, the forthcoming disc will be called 'Shields' and is due out Sept. 18 from Warp Records. It's the follow-up to 2009's well received 'Veckatimest.' Aside from 'Sleeping Ute,' 'Shields' will contain nine additional songs, and it will be available as a CD, digital download and vinyl record. Fans can pre-order the album through the band's official website.

Grizzly Bear will embark on a fall 2012 North American tour to promote the release of 'Shields,' starting Sept. 16 in Knoxville, Tenn. Dates include a two-night stint at the famed 9:30 Club in Washington, D.C. on Sept. 20 and 21, and will concluded Oct. 10 at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles, Calif. See the entire itinerary below.
