His Dream of Lions, ‘The Pace Car’ – Exclusive Premiere

Hailing from Fairfax, Va., His Dream of Lions are releasing their latest EP, 'Part Two,' in December. As the follow-up to their debut earlier this year -- aptly titled 'Part One' -- the band's sophomore effort finds them drilling down into the vast alt-rock world and making a place for themselves.

With their latest single, 'The Pace Car,' His Dream of Lions prove that they can stand on their own, shedding any comparisons to Jimmy Eat World, My Chemical Romance and the like. Today (Oct. 15), we are excited to partner with the group to debut the official music video for 'The Pace Car' -- check it out above.

“We realized that up until this point we had never provided our online fan base with a window into what His Dream of Lions’ live show looks and feels like,” the band tells us. There’s no better song to give fans a taste of the live experience than ‘The Pace Car.’ As they explain, “It’s a song that has a lot of momentum to it, and every time we play it live the whole room starts to move.”

The live performance allows viewers to focus solely on the music, rather than the plot of the video. “We always knew that if we were to do a video for this song it would be of us doing what we do best: rocking out.”
