Hollis Brown have announced a U.S. tour with the Counting Crows and Citizen Cope.

The New York City rockers – who dropped their third full-length, 3 Shots, last month – will kick off the run of dates at the end of July in Florida. The extensive tour will take the three bands all the way through mid-October, when they’ll play their last scheduled date in Oklahoma City. Check out a list of all of the stops at the bottom of the page and then grab tickets on the Counting Crows’ website.

Hollis Brown frontman Mike Montali expressed his excitement about the newly announced tour, telling Diffuser it’s something he never could've imagined.

“When we first started this band in Jon [Bonilla]’s garage, we didn’t know where it would take us,” Montali said. “We didn’t have a clue what we were getting ourselves into. Over the last few years we have gotten a chance to put out three albums, including our latest, 3 Shots, and have been able to tour in 11 countries all around the world and play to so many people. It has really been such a blessing.”

Montali also noted that he's a longtime Counting Crows fan, making the upcoming tour that much more rewarding. “When I was a kid, I used to listen to August and Everything After, and back in that garage with Jon, I would have never thought we would be on a full national tour with Counting Crows,” he said. “They have really taken us under their wing and we can’t wait to get out there and kick ass on stage for everyone.”

Counting Crows dropped their most recent album, Somewhere Under Wonderland, last year. It’s been nearly three years since Citizen Cope -- a.k.a. Clarence Greenwood -- released One Lovely Day.

Hollis Brown recently unveiled "Sweet Tooth," the latest single from 3 Shots. Check out the music video below.
