Interpol have been something of a punching bag in the press the past few years, so if their new video for 'Twice As Hard' is a metaphor -- which it almost certainly is -- there's a good chance it's a metaphor for that.

Directed by frontman Paul Banks, the video is set entirely inside a gym (New York City's Mendez Boxing) as boxers train and practice sparring. The song comes from Interpol's recently released fifth full-length, 'El Pintor' (check out our review here) and is a moodier turn for the band than the lead single, 'All the Rage Back Home.'
