Florence + the Machine frontwoman Florence Welch told London's 'Evening Standard' that she's taking a break from her band after their tour wraps up in Europe next month. “I’ve been on tour since I was 21," she said. "I need a break and to have the chance to do normal things, like go to the supermarket and hang out with my friends.”

Welch has been on the road touring 2011's 'Ceremonials' for more than a year. Before that, she was touring her debut album. Still, she found time to record 'Breath of Life' for the soundtrack to 'Snow White and the Huntsman,' the fairy tale update starring 'Twilight''s Kristen Stewart and 'Thor''s Chris Hemsworth.
