James Blake, ‘Retrograde’ – New Video
British electronic musician James Blake has finished his second full-length album, ‘Overgrown,’ which drops April 8, and ‘Retrograde’ is the first single to emerge from the disc. Director Martin De Thurah, who also helmed Blake’s ‘Limit to Your Love’ clip back in 2010, returns to direct the ‘Retrograde’ video, and the result is a sci-fi-themed short that includes an unidentified burning object hurtling towards Earth, a group of slow-dancing humans unaware of their fate and some dramatic slow-motion footage of the object’s impact.
