On March 15, 2016, James Franco will celebrate the release of his latest book, Flip-Side: Real and Imaginary Conversations With Lana Del Rey.

It's no secret that the actor is a fan of the indie goddess: In V Magazine's annual music issue (which had four different covers, featuring Sam Smith, FKA Twigs, Jessie Ware and Tinashe), Franco paid "poetic tribute to his muse and friend, Lana Del Rey" -- you can read that column here.

As for Flip-Side, Franco partnered with David Shields for the 100-page book, and by the look of the cover, it seems like it'll feature a lot of photos of both Franco and Del Rey:

Shields is a bestselling author who is gearing up for the release of his own book, War Is Beautifulin which he analyzes "a decade's worth of front-page photographs from The New York Times."

Shields and Franco have recently worked together on a movie based on the author's book, I Think You're Totally Wrong: A Quarrel. It turns out that Franco was actually a student of Shields' at the Warren Wilson College MFA Program for Writers, and the film made its debut at Sundance earlier this year.
