James Murphy (formerly of LCD Soundsystem) recently teamed up with the Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ guitarist Nick Zinner in a London studio. The video footage — which has been removed from YouTube — shows the two musicians experimenting with a variety of eclectic rhythms and sounds.
“It’s super Latin,” remarked Murphy as the ‘song’ progressed. He had previously hinted at a possible collaboration with the Yeah Yeah Yeahs in an interview with Pitchfork, but no further details have been made public.
