Jared Bartman, ‘In Belize’ – Exclusive Video Premiere

In his new live video for ‘In Belize,' Illinois singer-songwriter Jared Bartman’s lets the song do all of the talking. The clip -- which Diffuser.fm is happy to premiere today -- captures a live performance during which Bartman is joined by a string quartet and two back-up singers.

‘In Belize’ features violins, cellos and lovely vocal harmonies from Bartman and company. Shot in a gazebo, the video matches the lush sounds heard in Bartman’s folk-infused baroque pop.

“The video was filmed at Glen Oak Park in Peoria, Ill., filmed by my friend Devin Vaughn,” Bartman tells Diffuser.fm, revealing the hometown locale of the shoot. “Just wanted to do a live version of the song in a cool location.”

The song appears on Bartman’s recently released sophomore album, ‘Misery Makes Strange Bedfellows,’ the follow up to 2009's ‘Jersey Shore.’
