Jim James, ‘A New Life’ – New Video

Jim James has unveiled a new video for his song ‘A New Life.’ The unusual clip features the My Morning Jacket frontman plucking away at his acoustic guitar in the desert, where there are doors that seemingly lead to nothing and a woman sporting a pink dress and a buffalo’s head.

The tune is from his solo debut, ‘Regions of Light and Sound of God,’ which dropped on Feb. 5 via ATO Records. James recently performed a live version of the track on ‘Late Night with Jimmy Fallon’ backed by the show’s house band, the Roots. He’s also gearing up to hit the road to promote his new music – click here for tour dates.
