Late Clash Legend Joe Strummer’s 1963 Thunderbird Could Be Yours

If you're a fan of legendary punk band the Clash and love classic cars, we've got some good news for you. Late Clash frontman Joe Strummer's 1963 Ford Thunderbird is for sale on eBay right now.

The highest bid is well over $20,000 right now, with 7 days left to bid. Strummer's vintage whip is being sold by Beverly Hills Car Club, a dealership that specializes in classic luxury vehicles. They put the T-Bird up on eBay this past Monday, and the auction runs until Aug. 21, which happens to mark Strummer's birthday. Photos of the car seem to indicate that it's still in good shape.

"This is such a special car to me. I knew Joe Strummer as a boy growing up in London. He was one of a kind, just like this car," said Beverly Hills Car Club owner Alex Manos on the dealership's website. "Joe had an enormous love for American cars, and I feel it's serendipitous that this beautiful 1963 Ford Thunderbird is coming to us for sale."
