If you're looking for a band to take you back to the days when rock and roll ruled the airwaves, then John & Jacob just might be the band for you.

In their brand-new music video for 'Give It Away,' they deliver a fun new track with first-hand experience of what being on the road with them is like. Check it out above.

Hailing from Birmingham, Ala., the country-rock quintet bring an upbeat southern tinged sound to an otherwise sad song. With lyrics that are telling "her" that she's been selfish, you wouldn't get that vibe from the way the band brings together tight harmonies similar to the Everly Brothers and Beach Boys.

"You don't / You left me standing all alone / You tried / You left me standing in a lie / 'Cause if nobody wants it / You couldn't even give it away," the band sings.

'Give it Away' is the latest single off the band's self-titled album, which see its release on Oct. 6 via Castle Bound Music. John & Jacob are currently on tour and will be playing Warehouse Live in Houston tonight (Oct. 2). Check out their remaining dates below to see if they will be playing in a town near you.
