On June 2, KaiL Baxley will celebrate the North American release of his sophomore LP, A Light That Never Dies, via Forty Below Records. The album is laced with rich, beautiful and haunting arrangements, all working together to showcase Baxley's undeniable authenticity. Today (April 9), Diffuser is thrilled to partner with the South Carolina native to premiere his music video for the ethereal "Mirrors of Paradise" -- check it out above.

"I've lost a few friends way too early in life," Baxley tells us about the song. "I always find myself thinking of them as I experience the things in life that they didn't get to. It gives me a greater appreciation, especially when I think of Cpl. Matthew Vincent Dillon who died so that I could have the freedom to experience such things."

He goes on, "It's important that we remember our Marines and soldiers that put down their lives everyday for us. I was out of the country when Matt's funeral took place -- it always bothered me that I wasn't there. This is just a small way for me to pay my respects to a life that should never be forgotten."
