Public radio is alive and well, vital enough to host songstress-du-jour Laura Marling, who played three songs live at Fordham University's WFUV recently.

Marling gave an evocative performance of the groovy western-sounding "I Feel Your Love" (check it out above), bringing the same energy to "False Hope," but opting for just acoustic guitar and strings for "David" (both below), a track which has yet to appear on an official release from Marling, although she's played it live since 2013.

She recently released a video for "Gurdjieff’s Daughter," a single-camera clip in which she patrols a house party and doles out advice to anybody and everybody. "I Feel Your Love" and "False Hope" appear on Short Movie, Marling's fifth album since 2008 and her most recent, released last month via Ribbon Music.

Check out her performances of "False Hope" and "David" below and find her upcoming tour dates here.
