The newly reunited LCD Soundsystem closed out day one of Coachella's first weekend last night (April 15), and they paid tribute to the late David Bowie and fellow headliners and recently reformed act Guns N’ Roses.

In the midst of a set list robust in their own hits (“Daft Punk Is Playing at My House,” “Losing My Edge,” “All My Friends” and more), James Murphy and company worked in a cover of Bowie’s “Heroes.” They also delivered a little bit of Guns N’ Roses’ “November Rain” during their own song, “New York I Love You, But You’re Bringing Me Down.” Check out fan-shop clips of the performances at the bottom of the page.

Coachella continues today with performances from Alvvays, Rhye, Run the Jewels, Deerhunter, Courtney Barnett, the Arcs, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Grimes and Guns N’ Roses. You can live stream select sets via the festival’s three channels here, here and here. LCD Soundsystem and the rest of Coachella's lienup will return to the Indio, Calif.-based festival for its second weekend from April 22-24.
