The tenure of Veruca Salt has been one of tumult: The group's original lineup broke up in the 90s and the band called it quits entirely for a while from 2012 to 2013. Things have been good since they reunited though, and they're preparing to release Ghost Notes, their first album since 2006 and their first with their original lineup since 1997. Today (July 2), the album was made available to stream in full ahead of its release. Listen below, via NPR.

Talking about the band's reunion last year, Veruca Salt's Louise Post said, "It’s sort of like we picked up where we left off without missing a beat… It took us a while to sing together again. But I think once that door was open, it all started to come into play naturally."

Ghost Notes will be released on July 10, 2015 via El Camino Records. The band currently has a few shows scheduled in July and August, so check out their complete itinerary at their website.
