Guitar goddess Marnie Stern still knows how to shred on an ax, her new single 'East Side Glory' proves, but she definitely doesn't take her guitar heroics too far on the track, the latest to surface from her next album, 'The Chronicles of Marnia.' The follow-up to lead single 'Year of the Glad' has its share of math-y twists and turns -- Oneida's Kid Millions handles the beatkeeping this time around, taking over for Stern's former metronome extraordinaire, Hella's Zach Hill -- yet still has some melodic flow.

Listen to 'East Side Glory' below. Stern's 'The Chronicles of Marnia' drops March 19.
