Matisyahu Heats Things Up In New York City

Rapper, reggae and alternative artist Matisyahu performed in New York City at Best Buy Theater recently (Dec. 20), alongside support from powerhouse vocalist Judith Hill. With over a decade of music and five studio albums under his belt, Matisyahu is known for blending Jewish themes with reggae, rock, hip-hop and beatboxing.

He performed fresh new tracks like ‘Star On the Rise’ and ‘Black Heart’ off of his latest album, ‘Akeda.’ Matisyahu also unleashed crowd favorites, ‘King Without a Crown,’ ‘Jerusalem’ and ‘Youth.’
