Formed in 2007, British alt-rock quintet Morning Parade holed up in an Essex studio to focus on writing songs before finally making their first public appearance back in 2010. Their self-titled debut album dropped in March, and was recently followed up with 'SE1 Live Session,' a six-track live EP recorded last year at the London venue Heaven and released exclusively via iTunes.

Five of the tracks on the EP were also featured on Morning Parade's full-length debut, but 'Marble Attic' -- one of the first demos ever recorded by the band, and the tune performed in the exclusive video seen here -- didn't make the cut.  "We opened the show at Heaven with it," guitarist Chad Thomas tells Diffuser.fm of the tune. "It was very difficult for us to leave it off the album, but it's one of our favorite tracks to play live. We like to surprise the audience with it every now and again. It's a raucous rock/dance behemoth. Great tune to break the ice with the crowd."

Morning Parade recently kicked off a two-month North American tour featuring dates with both Civil Twilight and fellow British rockers the Wombats that will keep them on the road through an Oct. 17 gig in Boston, Mass.
