The baby featured on the cover of Morrissey‘s ninth solo album, ’Years of Refusal,’ sports a smug look and is pointing down at his shoes. What’s it all mean? That question spawned an entire column in the British rag the Guardian, and although it probably resulted in more questions than answers, the identity of the tot has since been revealed: He’s Sebastien Pesel-Browne, the son of Moz’s longtime assistant tour manager Charlie Browne, who met Sebastien’s mom at a Morrissey concert in Boston.
