Mount Eerie's 'Sauna' is one of many promising albums coming out next month, and Mount Eerie -- more formally known as Phil Elverum -- just released one of the songs from the new record.

'Dragon' is a perfect little piece of music, infused with just enough of what the French refer to as ennui to make you feel pleasantly wistful, if such a thing is possible. You can judge for yourself below:

He also released a music video for the title track from 'Sauna,' sort of. The video, which is just over five minutes, is for a short version of the song, which the YouTube listing says is actually 10 minutes long. The first two minutes show changing scenery, such as factories, fields and forests -- then cowgirls come out and perform rope tricks while singing harmonies. It's worth checking out:
