Ever wondered what 'Alien,' 'The Big Lebowski,' 'Psycho,' 'Fight Club' and other widely heralded R-rated movies would look like as kid-friendly animated fare? Well, if you have, artist Josh Cooley, who has worked as an artist on Pixar films including 'Ratatouille' and 'Up,' has realized those visions for you.

Cooley's new book, 'Movies R Fun!: A Collection of Cinematic Classics for the Pre-(Film) School Cinephile,' which comes out March 1, is full of some of cinema's classic, violent, vulgar moments realized in lush, Disney-style colors, with children's book-style captions.

Take a look at a couple of our favorite preview images below for 'Alien' and 'Fight Club.' (That's 'The Big Lebowski' above.) For more, check out Cooley's website. He's got tons of movies, ranging from 'The Godfather' and 'Pulp Fiction' to 'No Country for Old Men' and 'Jaws.'
