The new music video from Seattle outfit My Goodness covers everything from beards to flannel shirts to chasing girls through the woods. The video -- or maybe it's a short film? -- features two songs from their latest album, last year's ‘Shiver + Shake': the melancholy 'Bottle' and the rocker 'Say You're Gone.'

The video, directed by veteran short film and music video artist Miles Joris Peyrafitte, premiered on Spin today (Jan. 12). According to a press release from the band, the short film tells "the story of a man searching for the fountain of youth in order to reunite with a past love."
