My Morning Jacket’s Entire 2012 Newport Folk Festival Set Streaming

http://youtu.be/YQ5QQZaMLaQ

If you didn’t make it to Newport, R.I. over the weekend to catch My Morning Jacket‘s headlining set on Saturday at the annual Newport Folk Festival — or tune into NPR.com to watch the live stream — don’t worry, you’re still in luck. Pro-shot footage of the band’s entire set is currently featured over on YouTube, and we’re going to go ahead and just say it: It’s a steller show.

It was also a star-studded one, with Bright Eyes’ Conor Oberst, Alabama Shakes’ Brittany Howard, Laura Veir and Ben Sollee among the special guests joining MMJ’s Jim James and his awesome, all-white suit at the microphone. Howard’s vocals on their cover of the Band’s ‘It Makes No Difference’ at the 48-minute mark may have stolen the sh0w.
