My Morning Jacket, August 2010

You have to admire a band whose fearless leader has the fortitude to rock both a cape and furry boots. My Morning Jacket’s Jim James has worn both, often at the same time, on stage throughout his career. This shot of My Morning Jacket is one of our favorites because it shows four members of the band coming together during their live set to jam out together and truly enjoy each other’s company. That kind of musical camaraderie tends to become infectious.
