As the list of March 2013 new music releases makes clear, this is shaping up to be an excellent year for left-of-center listeners. In the span of four weeks, the rock 'n' roll gods will bestow upon us new albums from the likes of Depeche Mode, Suede, David Bowie, the Strokes and How to Destroy Angels, the latest musical project by Nine Inch Nails main man Trent Reznor.

In addition to those old favorites, the March 2013 new music release calendar brings albums by relative newcomers Youth Lagoon, Young Dreams and Wavves, who finally return with the full-length follow-up to their 2010 surf-grunge breakthrough 'King of the Beach.'
