New Order's coming to America for Coachella in April, and they've made a little extra room on their tour calendar for some extra U.S. dates in the days leading up to and surrounding the festival.

The band's current lineup toured the States last year behind their 2015 Music Complete LP, and their spring commitments don't amount to a complete leg. Instead, they'll touch down in New York on April 13, a few days before performing their first Coachella set, and play at Radio City Music Hall. Between the festival's two weekends, they've booked a pair of dates in California; on April 18, they're headed to Santa Barbara, and three days later, they'll stop in Berkeley for a date at the Greek Theater before returning to Indio and wrapping up during Coachella's second weekend.

New Order's latest dates come after a round of shows from former bassist Peter Hook, who's been busy on a couple of fronts — not only fronting his band the Light, with whom he performed New Order and Joy Division's Substance LPs last year, but traveling on a book tour in support of his memoir, Substance: Inside New Order, a nearly 800-page account of his lengthy tenure with the group. New Order's Music Complete broke the Top 40 upon its arrival in September 2015; shortly after, Hook sued the current lineup, alleging unpaid royalties.
