"A girl's gotta make ends meet / even down on Jubilee Street," Nick Cave sings on, well, 'Jubilee Street,' another song out in advance of his forthcoming 'Push the Sky Away' album (due Feb. 18), and yet another song that finds the songwriter exploring his fascination with life's seedy underworld. This time, as you might have guessed, it's about prostitution, and as his dark words spill out against a gorgeous orchestral backing that seems at odds with what he's singing, the effect is nothing short of stirring.

For the accompanying video, Cave re-teamed with actor Ray Winstone ('The Departed,' 'Cold Mountain') and director John Hillcoat ('The Road'), two famous friends he worked with on the movie 'The Proposition.' “It was a real pleasure hanging around the set and watching Ray do his thing," the singer said of the clip, which doesn't feature much actual nudity but is still plenty NSFW. "He is a master. What a great actor. And of course, working with my friend and collaborator John Hillcoat is always a blast.”
