Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, ‘We No Who U R’ [Listen]

Last week we announced that Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds will issue their first album since 2008′s ‘Dig!!! Lazarus Dig!!!' and a few days later, we pointed you to the disc's risque cover. 'Push the Sky Away' is due out Feb. 19, and now the band has unleashed its first single, 'We No Who U R’ (listen below).

"If I were to use that threadbare metaphor of albums being like children, then 'Push the Sky Away' is the ghost-baby in the incubator and [Bad Seeds member] Warren [Ellis]'s loops are its tiny, trembling heart-beat," Cave says of the Nick Launay-helmed disc, which was recorded by at La Fabrique studios, a 19th century mansion in the South of France. CD, vinyl, deluxe CD and DVD editions of the album, as well as a special deluxe box set, are now available for pre-order at nickcave.com.
