British version of Charlie Sheen Liam Gallagher has been teasing Oasis fans with the prospect of a reunion on Twitter. Over the course of two hours, he spelled out Oasis, one tweet at a time. He capped off this bit of mystery by putting all the letters together in one tweet.

Since then, the Twitterverse has been atwitter with speculation as to what the singer's tweets could mean. The most popular theory is that Oasis will play the Glastonbury music festival this June.

Shortly after Liam's spelling bee, betting website Paddy Power tweeted:

Oasis fans immediately started expressing their excitement over the possibility of seeing Oasis take the stage again.

"Mum, dad, brother, the dog, and my car are going on eBay if Oasis reform. Who needs that that when you have Noel and Liam back together?" asked one fan. "Michael Eavis was asked whether or not the final headliner had been booked, he answered definitely maybe," said another.

Last year, though, Liam said he wouldn't consider reuniting with his brother Noel for less than £30 million. But former Oasis guitarist Paul 'Bonehead' Arthurs told NME in January that he'd still play with the band. And he feels that Liam would be game too.

"If someone said, 'Here's a field, here's a stage and here's 200,000 people,' I'm sure Liam would jump up and do it, and I don't think it would even take anyone offering him a massive bankroll of money," Arthurs said. "He'd do it because that's what he loves, that's his passion."

He went on to say, though, that he didn't think Noel would be as eager to get back onstage with his brother. Until we find out exactly what the deal is, here's a video to remind us why this prospect is so exciting.
