On the heels of a promise they would announce a North American tour in early 2016, Pearl Jam have been revealed as headliners for the next Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival.

Consequence of Sound reports Eddie Vedder and company will return to the Machnester, Tenn.-based festival for the first time in eight years. Although Pearl Jam haven’t announced their tour plans and Bonnaroo has yet to unveil its 2016 lineup, CoS cite two unidentified sources as confirming the good news.

Bonnaroo will take place between June 9 and 12 of next year. The festival has been teasing other artists included on its 2016 roster via the hashtag #RooClue on Instagram. According to Consequence of Sound, those clues have indicated Blood Orange, Lucius and Jason Isbell may also join Pearl Jam at the music fest. Bonnaroo will share its lineup in full early next year.

During a Twitter Q&A, Pearl Jam bassist Jeff Ament and band manager Kelly Curtis set fans' hope in motion for a 2016 jaunt. "We will announce tour dates first part of the year," Curtis wrote. Neither confirmed dates or locations, but Ament did say the band would head toward Canada in the new year.
