Already known for putting there for their all into each album, the Flaming Lips have coaxed their 'Heady Fwends' into giving even more: collaborators give their actual blood. Even for those of us whos don't share a vampiric-collector streak, 'The Flaming Lips and Their Heady Fwends' is perhaps the biggest release of this year's Record Store Day: each song is a collaboration, with the likes of Ke$ha, Bon Iver, Nick Cave, Chris Martin from Coldplay, and even Biz Markie -- we hear he's just a fwend.
