Regina Spektor's new album 'What We Saw From the Cheap Seats' turns a week old today, and she celebrated last night (June 4) by paying a visit to 'Late Night with Jimmy Fallon,' where she performed the new song 'Don't Leave Me (Ne Me Quitte Pas).'

Spektor's 'Fallon' appearance come three weeks after she played another new song, 'All the Rowboats,' on 'The Late Show with David Letterman' -- and just a few days after Billboard announced that 'Cheap Seats' is projected to notch the highest debut on the album charts this week.

Exciting times for Spektor, who reached into her songwriting vaults to round out the track listing for 'What We Saw From the Cheap Seats,' blending more recently written songs with new studio recordings of tracks she performed earlier in her career. ('Don't Leave Me,' for example, appeared on her 2002 release 'Songs.')

She's certainly been busy making the promotional rounds. Aside from 'Fallon' and 'Letterman,' she's put in appearances on 'Good Morning America' and 'The Colbert Report,' and was recently the subject of a profile piece in the New York Times. But her packed schedule didn't seem to impact her performance last night -- have a look at the video below for proof.
