With U.K. artists like James Bay, George Ezra and Ben Howard sharing their singer-songwriter vibes with the world, we're excited to add another musician to that list.

Meet David Rhodes, better known as Rhodes to his fans. Not only can he write introspective and captivating original songs, but he has a knack for covering other artists' work. Case in point: His interpretation of Taylor Swift's earth-shattering hit, "Blank Space," for BBC Radio 1. Check it out above.

While Tay Tay gets a bit crazy on her pop tune, Rhodes takes a more reflective and emotional turn with his arrangement. With Rhodes behind a piano, the track turns into a powerful ballad, not unlike many of the 25-year-old folk artist's songs. You can get a taste of what he's capable of with his latest single, "Turning Back Around," below:

Already opening for the likes of Laura Marling, London Grammar and Sam Smith, Rhodes shows absolutely no signs of slowing down anytime soon. You can get more information on Rhodes -- and make sure you're ready for his new album set for release this year -- at his official website.
