Since the announcement broke that British shoegaze legends Ride were reuniting, fans worldwide have been anticipating the chance to get to see them live for the first time in nearly 20 years. Now, in addition to their world tour and a few already announced U.S. festival appearances, they've unveiled an East Coast leg of their tour, the dates of which can be seen below.

The incredibly influential quartet paved the way for bands like Primal Scream, Animal Collective, Deerhunter and Oasis. Their reunion was something the music scene had longed for since their split in 1996, with even Radiohead once asking the band to get back together to open for their South Park Oxford show in 2001.

The newly reunited band also recently stopped by KCRW to perform a career-spanning set, including “Dreams Burn Down” which appears on their 1990 debut, Nowhere. Although there has not yet been any word on a new album, it's the likely -- and hopeful -- next step. Tickets for the upcoming East Coast leg will be made available starting on Friday (May 8) at 1:00PM ET via Ticketfly.
