The big story at Riot Fest 2013 is the Replacements reunion, and while seeing Paul Westerberg rock alongside Tommy Stinson is reason enough to go, the festival also features Blink-182, Iggy and the Stooges, Rancid, Best Coast, Guided By Voices, Against Me!  Yo La Tengo and dozens more raucous rock 'n' roll bands.
