Watch Run the Jewels’ New Official Video For ‘Early’

Rap luminaries Run the Jewels -- who just this week shared a brief sample of their highly anticipated next in line, Run the Jewels 3 -- have unveiled a brand-new official music video for their Run the Jewels 2 track, "Early." You can watch the politically-charged visual experience above.

The animated video marks the duo's second that touches on the current state of socio-political topics, the first of which being "Close Your Eyes (And Count to F---)" featuring Rage Against the Machine's Zack De La Rocha. Although they take relatively similar stances, the graphic color scheme reveals a number of civilian and police interactions gone wrong. It's enough to get your blood pumping, no matter what side you're on.

Co-vocalist Killer Mike, who has spoken openly about his political stance on race relations and police brutality, is slated to appear on HBO’s Real Time With Bill Maher tonight (May 15) at 10PM ET, where the two will discuss issues in Baltimore, a topic for which he recently published an op-ed.
