Postmodern troubadour Ryan Adams appeared on last night's episode of the PBS series Austin City Limits and opted towards intimacy during his set.

Performing entirely acoustic and onstage alone, Adams played songs from throughout his prolific career, including fan favorites like "Sweet Carolina," "Desire" and "Please Do Not Let Me Go," along with tracks from his self-titled 2014 album. Since it was recorded prior to the release of his full-album cover of Taylor Swift's 1989, Adams didn't play any of his versions.

Watch the entire concert (which also includes a performance by Shakey Graves) below along with a web-exclusive cut: "If I Am a Stranger."
