On Oct. 22, PBS' 'Austin City Limits' is taping a new episode with Ryan Adams for its 40th season celebration. Joining the ranks of Nine Inch Nails, Wilco's Jeff Tweedy and Beck this year, Adams will be performing songs from his prolific career, including tracks from his latest self-titled album. While the air date has yet to be released, 'Austin City Limits' is giving fans a chance to score tickets to the taping -- enter to win here (good luck!).

Adams first appeared on 'ACL' during the show's 31st season in support of the then just released 'Cold Roses.' Check out the setlist and photos from that performance here, and enjoy 'Let It Ride' below:

The week following Wednesday's 'ACL' taping, the singer-songwriter will head to Los Angeles' nightclub, Largo at the Coronet, for a very special recording of 'By The Way, Jeff Garlin In Conversation With Ryan Adams.'

‘By the Way’ is Garlin's podcast, described as “a series of casual talks between the host and his most interesting show business friends. Agendas are out the window and no topics are off limits in these revealing chats.” To check out past episodes of ‘By the Way,’ visit his podcast page (via iTunes) here.

Adams is currently on the road through December -- get his full tour schedule, including 2015 dates in the U.K., at his official website here.
