Sinead O'Connor has joined the growing list of musicians to criticize the promotional free release of U2's latest album, 'Songs of Innocence,' on iTunes -- and she did so in true O'Connor fashion.

"There was almost something terrorist about it," she said when asked about the fellow Dubliners' album in a recent interview (where she also talks about Miley Cyrus, Jimi Hendrix and the Pope). "I'm not really a U2 fan, but it wasn't at all kosher, invading people's lives like that," she added. "It was bad management."

And here, we thought it was harsh when Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins said the album "sounded like a fart."

What do you think about the release of 'Songs of Innocence'? Are you OK if bands give you free albums in your iTunes library? Do you think it's too close to Big Brother? Are you surprised we're all still talking about this?
