Sky Ferreira Plays ‘Fallon,’ Makes Network Debut With ‘Everything Is Embarrassing’

Even when she was considered more of a straightforward pop singer, Sky Ferreira closely skirted the indie line, and now that she's an indie-queen-in-the-making, it's not surprising that her music leans back a bit to the right side of the dial. Either way you look at it, Ferreira's 'Everything Is Embarrassing' single sounded excellent last night (Jan. 7) on 'Late Night With Jimmy Fallon,' where she made her network debut. With backing from her keyboard players and 'Late Night' house band the Roots, Ferreira gave a restrained yet eager run-through of the slow-burning and subtle seductive pop gem. Check it out above.
