Sky Ferreira, ‘Sad Dream’ – New Video
Sky Ferreira has tears in her eyes for much of her new video for ‘Sad Dream,’ the latest single off her ‘Ghost’ EP. Which makes sense, considering how melancholy of a break-up tune its is, with lines like “Only ever in dreams I wrap my arms around you” and “And I hope it’s not just a bad dream, hope it’s not just a sad dream.” Oh, to be a 20-year-old famous model falling out of love. It must be tough.
But seriously, it’s yet another gorgeous tune from Ferreira, who just released ‘Ghost,’ her second EP, earlier this month and plans on issuing her debut full-length album, ‘I’m Not Alright,’ early in 2013. In the meantime, catch her at a handful of North American tour dates starting Nov. 8 in San Francisco.
