Soundgarden, ‘Been Away Too Long’ – New Video

Soundgarden have been away too long -- their 'King Animal album, which drops Tuesday (Nov. 13), is their first album since 'Down on the Upside' arrived in 1996 -- but fans hoping to get a peek at the band in the video for new single 'Been Away Too Long' will likely be disappointed. Instead of singer Chris Cornell and co. appearing in the clip, it features a young woman being chased around an abandoned building by some soldiers in riot gear and their fierce canine friends.

Soundgarden, meanwhile, have lined up a trio of intimate North American shows in support of 'Animal',' which they recently posted online in its entirety ahead of Tuesday's release. The night before the disc drops, Cornell will perform at a benefit concert in New York City for victims of Hurricane Sandy.
