As anticipation builds for the release of Spoon's eighth studio album, 'They Want My Soul' (out Aug. 5), the Austin-bred rockers have announced a lengthy set of North American and European tour dates.

In addition to their own headlining shows, they'll be hitting the festival circuit hard, with confirmed appearances set for Lollapalooza, Outside Lands, Hopscotch and Austin City Limits, among others. They'll also be opening for Arcade Fire twice, on Aug. 5 in San Diego, and again on Aug. 30 in Montreal.

Tickets for the whole tour (minus the festival and Arcade Fire dates) go on sale Friday. Hamilton Leithauser and EMA will be the support acts on select dates.

Full tour dates are listed below the unofficial video for the new album's first single, 'Rent I Pay,' which the band finally unveiled two weeks ago after teasing it for weeks with a cryptic 'R.I.P.' message on their social media accounts.
