Last month, St. Vincent debuted “Teenage Talk,” a one-off single that premiered on the HBO TV series, Girls. Last night (April 6), she gave the song its live debut during a performance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

Fittingly, St. Vincent -- a.k.a. Annie Clark -- was joined by a lineup of teenage girls as her backup dancers. Together, the singer-songwriter and her youthful troupe performed a kind of interpretive choreography with their hands. See what we mean in the video above.

“Teenage Talk” is now available for purchase on iTunes and streaming on Spotify.

St. Vincent’s 2015 has been a remarkable one, with the singer taking home the award for Best Alternative Music Album at the Grammys for her 2014 self-titled effort. Even more recently, the singer learned she would be honored with the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers’ Vanguard Award at the upcoming ASCAP Pop Music Awards.

You can catch St. Vincent live at one of her U.S. dates currently scheduled between April and June, including appearances at Coachella, Boston Calling and Sasquatch Music Festival. Check out a complete list of dates on the singer's website.
