Billy Bragg at a Correctional Facility – Strangest Concert Locales

When Billy Bragg, Tom Morello and other rockers visited the Travis County Correctional Facility near Austin, Texas in 2010, it obviously wasn't the first time somebody had rocked a jail. Country legend Johnny Cash, of course, did it twice -- once at Folsom Prison, once at San Quentin -- but there's something about this recent gig that's just a bit more ominous. We got it! It's because it was part of the annual SXSW festival. How very bizarre.
