Superhuman Happiness has premiered a trippy new video for ‘Second Heart,’ a track from their debut album, ‘Hands,’ which landed earlier this year. Combining collage, stop-motion animation and green-screen effects, director Tatiana McCabe creates a psych-leaning clip that perfectly represents the Brooklyn band’s song.

The video opens with a spacey medical exam centering on a patient’s claymation heart. From there, it’s even more sweet yet surreal images of hearts. Despite the clip being a little out there, it’s a nice match for frontman Stuart Bogie and company’s harmony-filled declaration, “There’s a second heart inside my heart.”

Bogie contributed to Arcade Fire's new 'Reflektor' album, and he'll be on tour with the Canadian outfit this spring and summer. Superhuman Happiness, meanwhile, is working on a follow up to ‘Hands.’
