Two weeks after an accused drunk driver plowed his car through the streets of Austin during SXSW, another victim has died.

DeAndre Tatum, 18, passed away this afternoon from injuries he sustained when Rashad Charjuan Owens crashed his car into a crowd of people standing in front of the Mohawk on March 13.

This is the fourth death in the incident that left more than 20 injured (Sandy Thuy Le, Jamie West and Steven Craenmehr were the three others killed that night.)

Owens has been charged with capital murder and is currently in police custody after a judge set the bail at $3 million.
