Rumor has it that Adele is gearing up to return to the studio and begin recording the follow-up to her bazillion-selling 2011 sophomore album, '21,' and Heat magazine even claims that her third album could be out by the end of 2013. The news comes just a few days after reports that Adele may make her return to the stage next month by performing her James Bond theme song 'Skyfall' at the Oscars.
After she gave birth to her first child in October, the mega-popular Adele said she would be stepping out of the spotlight for a while. But rumor has it that she may return next month to perform at the Oscars.
Adele has done it again. For the second consecutive year, the British songbird's '21' has been named the best-selling album of the year in the United States, reports British newspaper the Guardian. In the year 2012, the disc sold a total of 4.41 million copies, just 25 percent less than its sales of 5.82 million units in 2011, all via the XL/Columbia record label. '21' hasn't spent a single week off the Top 40 chart since it debuted at No. 1 in March 2011.

She doesn't want to be associated with products she doesn't endorse and doesn't want her fanbase "tricked" into thinking she is involved based on the usage of her name.
