The Flaming Lips aren't quite done with their fwends. Nearly a year after unleashing the collaborative album 'The Flaming Lips and Heady Fwends,' the psych-pop outfit has released a video for 'Ashes In the Air,' the disc's duet with Bon Iver. This clip has been sitting in the can for awhile -- apparently it was slated to debut last year, sometime around Christmas -- but it was pushed back for some unspecified reason. Whatever the cause of the delay, it was worth the wait.
Bon Iver have unveiled a new video for 'Beth/Rest,' the final track from last year's Grammy-snagging 'Bon Iver, Bon Iver' album. The clip, directed by Dan Huiting and Bon Iver frontman Justin Vernon himself, is a sort of love story set in an eerily glowing wooded area (the area surrounding Vernon’s April Base studio in Wisconsin, to be specific), with some quite luminous and vibrant shots of the band mixed in as well.
Bon Iver mastermind Justin Vernon has revealed plans to put his Grammy-winning project on the back burner following the completion of their current world tour, and he admits that hey may not revisit it in the future.
If you're a fan of Bon Iver's music and happen to be a talented graphic artist with detailed knowledge of the TV show 'Northern Exposure,' today is your lucky day.
A new season of the perennial PBS favorite 'Austin City Limits' is getting ready to kick off in a few weeks, but you don't have to wait until the fall to hear a little of what the show has in store for you -- they've posted a pair of clips from their recent tapings with Radiohead and Bon Iver.
Maybe you know the name the Silver Lake Chorus and maybe you don't, but if you catch the occasional episode of 'Saturday Night Live' you've probably heard their music. The 25-member, Los Angeles-based choral group previously has contributed backing vocals to both the Lonely Island classic 'I Just Had Sex' and the 'MacGruber' theme song, and now they're coming out with an EP titled 'The Wreckage' featuring songs penned by Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon and New Pornographer’s A.C. Newman.

Surprise Grammy winners Bon Iver have been touring extensively in continued support of their 2011 album, 'Bon Iver, Bon Iver.' The indie folksters have added a handful of dates to their busy schedule this September.
